b. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xentrics Pro, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.
c. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

b. Users must not share confidential account details with unauthorized parties.
c. All content provided by users must comply with applicable laws of Pakistan and must not infringe upon third-party rights.
d. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities without prior notice.
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
c. If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be referred to arbitration in Pakistan in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 (as amended).
d. Subject to the above, the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

b. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
